I am looking for the name of the gluten free cookbook that was mentioned by Sasha1234 back on March 10, 2006 during the phylo dough exchanges. It was mentioned that the recipe called for rice paper to be rubbed with oil to do "en croutes". I would love to see that recipe and that book! Thanks for any help!!!!
