I am a Mom of two teenage children and have an amazing life partner who lives with Celiac Disease. I have been living gluten-free for a year and have discovered the disappearance of the auto-immune issues I was experiencing. It has been an incredible year with many new challenges to face at work and at leisure.

I joined this community website to continue my learning and understanding of gluten intolerance. I hope this information will enhance my life and the lives of those that I love.
