I made a quick trip to Target last night, and one of my biggest frustrations since starting the gluten-free diet is that everything has to be super planned out meal-wise. I couldn't just pick up a few food items there like I used to. I know there are plenty of "regular" grocery store products out there that are gluten-free, but I would love to hear what...

My biopsy and bloodwork for celiac have come back negative, but I have almost all of the classic symptoms. I have started to look into IgG/ Food sensitivity testing. I have heard and found mixed things.. Did anyone have luck with these tests? I think one of the things I am worried about is false positivies... I don't want to have to stop eating things that... -

Hi all, thank you for reading this. I have many of the celiac symptoms, but a negative blood test and negative biopsy. One of the most intense symptoms was the rash (very itchy) I had right below my butt, on my elbows, legs, and chest.
