This is what the GI Dr told me too. I asked the Dr if I was good for say 2months and got one meal that was really glutenized would that be OK. He freakin flipped out on me and proceeded to give me the lecture of the 80% increase chance of cancer..... yadah, yadah, yadah. OK so we won't do that. Could've just told me a stirn NO.
