i have been gluten-free for approximately a year and a half now. today i had accidental ingestion of a high amount of gluten, a waffle that was supposed to be gluten free and wasnt. my body reacted as it normally would when i used to have gluten, but this was then followed by a more violent reaction than i had experienced before. i threw up everything...
