Except that if you go to their website, it states that the enchiladas are gluten free and that's when I got confused. I did notice that the box says no gluten ingredients so I went to the website to confirm. Yeah, I am starting to learn that. Thanks.

that processes wheat, et al. I am new to all of this, but it's my understanding that gluten free means they cannot process with foods containing wheat. Someone please help explain. Thank you!
