Well, I had a pastry today and got a headache. It is really hard now to live here. My grandmom yelled at me, because I don't want to eat wheat or gluten. She said eat what she has, or don't eat. I was wondering, if there are any pancake mixes that are gluten free and also taste good. My grandmom works at whole foods and she said they have gluten free pancake mix there, but it tastes horrible. I was wondering what pancake mixes you guys have tried. I also need to know find oat meal that is gluten free, but not too expensive. -
Pure maple. Don't get sugar free as it most likely has aspartame. Pure syrup taste way better anyway and doesnt have that chemical after taste. it is about $5 a bottle though.

I have been sensitive to MSG now for away. If I have MSG I get a migrain that last for amost 24 hours. Lately I've been having headache after eatting oat meal and shredded wheat, which I've eatten countless time without a problem. I also got a headache, when I ate rye bread from whole foods. I found some good whey powder from whole foods, but I need a bigger container. I need something that'll last atleast a month or two. I'd like get a 10lb container of whey, but all the whey I've seen that doesnt have anything bad in it, doesn't come in big containers. Whey at GNC had like 50 ingredients! I mean come one how much stuff do you need in protein...

I heard I should keep away from aspartate and I heard it is toxic in the same way gluten is. After all aspartame is 40% aspartate. I have yet to find an affordable protein powder, that doesnt have something bad in it. I need to bulk back up, I have almost lost hope. Can anyone help me? I have lost muscle and I'd really like to bulk up.

Does anyone know of any? I can have Whole Wheat, because I'm only sensitive to free glutamate (MSG). I want to find a cereal, that is soy free, msg free, canola oil free, and chemical free. I get so mad, everyone has to put soy in everything. I'm guessing I'll have to give up cereal. -

So, I think I may have gout. I am having alot of pain in my foot, specifically in my big toe. It is becoming very painful. Unfortunately I can't get a doctors appointment untill next month . Well, I can have gluten just not MSG. I get severe migraines, that can last up to two days.

I've noticed on the packaging of wellshire farms' turkey bacon they liste "spice". Does anyone know if this is hidden MSG? I e-mailed the company afew days ago and they have not responded. I also notice on my Sunmaid chocolate yogurt raisins, they list Maltodextrin. Does anyone know if these products contain MSG? I am trying my best to avoid MSG and any kind...
