My 5 year old daughter has a lot of symptoms of wheat intolerance which has suddenly become a lot worse. I started taking her off of wheat products but haven't completely eliminated gluten. It's been 3 weeks and I've definitely noticed and improvement although she does have a lot of off days. She can't get an endoscopy for 6 weeks and I know you're not...
