I have just (yesterday afternoon) been "diagnosed" with celiac disease through a blood test - ordered by a neurologist because he was stumped about burning in my tongue that I've had for about 5 months. They have set me up with a GI doctor here locally (Kretzschmar) for Dec. 10 so I stayed home from work all day today to try to figure out what celiac disease...
