  2. Basically for about 3 months i have had abdominal pains after eating large meals and at night. Recently i have been getting sudden headaches even though i've been drinking a lot of water. I have cut gluten out of my diet and my symptoms have vastly improved. Going to the doctors soon but does it sound like this could be the problem? Thanks.
  3. On the Actimel website is says it's gluten free so it can't be that. As for the chips and peperami, neither say they contain it but neither say they don't. Couldn't find anything on their websites. I have seen on another forum that people have had some trouble with coffee, does anyone else drink it? Thanks for your help.
