HI - I recently read that about 25% celiacs carry the DQ2.5 gene and these people tend to NOT tolerate oats (pasted info below) even if they are gluten-free. I did have a DNA test but it only mentions DQ2 --- anyone know how to figure out if whether DQ2.5 is present? THANKS My results were: DQ2 homozygous 31x extremely high DQ2/other high risk gene...
