Thanks for all the replies and insight. You all raised some very good points my husband and I hadn't yet considered. Unfortunately, before I came back and read this, we had already taken her off gluten. It's been about 6 days; will that mess up the celiac test if I can get her in to the pediatrician in the next couple of days? Or do we need to go back to... -
