  1. Is there anyone out there who is gluten-free and living in Spain? I've lived here (Valladolid) for 10 years and am still having trouble avoiding "hidden gluten" in many foods. For example, does chorizo have gluten? jamon? Most of the gluten-free bread products here are not to my liking as they're mostly corn starch based and just don't taste that good...
