Exactly. Me and my family are all celiacs, but when I'm around my friends, they do the whole "a little bit's okay, it won't hurt you" when they don't really understand how sick it'll make me.

I usually stick with Chick-fil-A waffle fries, and the grilled chicken salads there. They're always helpful and they take the bag of croutons off the top, and give me a dressing that's gluten free. The french fry cooker [here, anyway[ is dedicated to JUST the french fries, which is awesome. McDonald's, on the other hand... almost nothing's gluten free...

I'm Kelly. I'm fifteen, and I was diagnosed with Celiac's Disease about eight years ago. In the beginning, I honestly had no idea what to do. And now I find myself frustrated with people who don't understand it, haha. I'm looking for some celiac friends, or just to talk? =]
