  1. If you have just been diagnosed, then it will take a long time for your body to fully recover. The only way to speed that up is to not take chances with anything you eat. My gluten reactions last up to 4 days. I think the cramping is most likely due to your power bar - if it didn't contain Oats it must have been cross contaminated. Eat LARABAR, KIND...
  2. I don't like diet pills as I have seen first hand how dangerous they can be. Try sublingual B12 and ZICO coconut water for hollistic energy boosting. The B12 sends me tearing through the guy in the am.

First of all, no one should ever run a marathon without tonnes of training and a practice run so you know how much your body can handle.
