  2. Yes, I just made the same discovery, having called Hershey's to ask if Cadbury bars were gluten-free. She said that although there did not appear to be any ingredients that had gluten, she would not commit to saying they were gluten-free. I couldn't believe it. They are the final authority; they should know what is in their products. Boo, Hershey's. David

I am about three weeks into trying to live gluten-free and have a question: safe/unsafe food lists often state that an ingredient, for instance maltodextrin, is likely safe if made in the US or Canada. Can I assume that if the ingredient is in a packaged food by a company with a US address that every ingredient is therefore from the US? Or is it a possibility...
