Hello, I am also a Canadian, living in London, Ontario. I was just diagnosed about a month ago and am still adjusting to the changes. I had been lactose intolerant for about 7 years but it has miraculously gone away on the gluten-free diet. I am now hoping that other things change, like my osteopenia, migraines, and fatigue.
