I just wanted to update this discussion. The Gluten Free baker at Central Market is gone. But there is a new stand called Blue Bandana and they sell fresh gluten free breads and muffins. Also Willow Valley has a stand and they have a freezer section of gluten free products. Also I went to Yoders in New Holland( in Lancaster Co.) and had a wonderful...
