can anyone help me locate a favorite recipe that i got from a Vancouver BC Valentine potluck in 1998/1999/2000. It is for COUNTRY JAM CAKE, an absolutly awesome cake with spices, jam and mayonnaise, as well as about 6 eggs. I have mislaid it and am desperate to get another copy.
