I have always suspected a wheat sensitivity and generally avoid carbs. Lately I have been slacking and about one month ago I started having severe night time itching on my palms, in between my fingers and on my feet. It is a very intense itch and sometimes feels like burning. It has since spread to my inner legs. Benadryl works but makes me very drowsy...
