  1. Greetings All, Boston Market will be changing their chicken gravy to a roux based (wheat) product shortly. Be aware when ordering. If you are a customer of their restaurants please give them some feedback here Open Original Shared Link and let them know how you feel about this upcoming change.
  2. Greetings, I am five months into the W/F gluten-free lifestyle and coping well with it. The cost of eating wheat free is easily three or four times what our wheat and gluten consuming brothers and sisters are paying. My question is whether any of you are taking tax deductions for the cost difference between wheat products and non-wheat/gluten products...
