We went in July and took most of our own gluten-free frozen. We stayed at a condo type place so we could do most of our own cooking and such. Publix Grocery stores have a small variety of gluten-free products. Disney Resorts will do gluten free if you contact them in advance. Hope that helps a little. -

Yes, our own mix has good texture, tasty and good variety of grains. www.hgdfoods.com, bread not listed yet on site, but you can request more information in the bread and the nutritional information. -
