So far one of my sons tests for celiac came back negative. Could he still have a gluten intolerance? From everything Ive read gluten seems to cause so many negative health issues that I still want to go gluten-free whether we all come back negative or not. Could someone give me suggestions on the best books and info to start changing how we eat? Kim
