Hi, I am a newby to the gluten free diet world. I have finally been diagnosed with celiac disease after two years of severe pain. I am now struggling with a new pain, what I can and can't eat. I haven't been to my dietitian yet so I am hoping someone here can answer my question. Can I have JIF peanut butter? If I can't, what is it that is in it that makes...
