Well, I got my blood test results back today and I was basically devastated. I do not have celiac disease. My blood test results were very normal. I was told I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which to me is so much worse. I was given a bunch of info on it and how to go about dealing with it from exercising, to managing stress, to eliminating food groups...
