I have been trying to figure this out if i want to go out to eat with friends are burgers safe. If i ask for a burger with out the bun are all of them mixed with some gluten - breading to hold them together like meatloaf?

He guys i am a newly diagnosed Celica and i am only 19 but i have been dealing with the problems for a very long time i just didn't know it. Because of the Celiac i have arthritas, very dry eye, and lactose intolerance. I am just glad i know what is wrong now.
