    I do just fine UNLESS I eat sweets of any kind, fats, more than a small amount, and a few other odds and ends such as apple juice, raisons, prunes and more. Honey is taboo. I used to eat lots of it as I was a beekeeper by trade but not more. Ice cream is a guaranteed flush out of the system! But I can eat all I want of most fresh vegetables, many fruits...

    Both Shurfine and Shurfresh are the brand names of the products and are the store brand. All of the items in the list are either Shurfine or Shurfresh.

    INGREDIENTS:Degerminated Yellow Corn Meal, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid. To me that looked OK but I though perhaps the possibility of cross contamination may be why they don't list this product on their gluten-free listing.

    Thanks melmak5, I did finally decide to buy the onetime download of the database of gluten free foods from Clan Thompson for my Palm PDA. I think it will help out a lot.
