ARCHIVED Can't Have Gluten And A Whole Lot More

I'm new to this site and have learned so much from you all already...diagnosed 1 1/2 years ago and still learning...not only can I not have gluten, but I am allergic to wheat, dairy, bananas and pineapples...though the allergy test results (maybe not conclusive at the time) did not show, I seem to be sensitive to some corn based products, soy and nightshade...
