So my husband will be undergoing a biopsy next week to determine a diagnosis of celiac. This is after tests showed anemia without a cause. He was previously told that he had a severe corn allergy and a minor rice allergy, now presuming that this test comes back positive, what am I supposed to feed someone who is allergic to corn and wheat and rice...seriously...
