So I did go on a gluten-free diet and it seemed to help. Not too long after going on a gluten-free diet our pediatrician suggested that I supplement with formula to help her gain some weight. Thank you all for your replies, they are very much appreciated. It is nice to know that other people are going through the same things as we are.
