Anyone know if the rotisserie chicken from Sam's Club deli is safe? We have two newly diagnosed Celiac's in a group that meets once a week for potluck, and someone wants to contribute this main dish. I tried contacting our local Sam's Club with no luck, ditto on their website. -

I was just diagnosed with possible "mild" celiac disease, whatever that means!! The diagnostics were the IgA against tTG, with high "weak positive" and biopsy showing "Possible Mild Celiac Sprue". I am trying to find a nutritionist familiar with celiac in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and wondered if that is even necessary. Any suggestions would be appreciated... -

I was just diagnosed last week, thru blood test & biopsy at age 53. This was after I asked for the tests by reading up on my symptoms on the web. My gastro doc says I have a "mild" case, whatever that means!! I haven't started eliminating gluten yet, as we just returned from vacation and I'm trying to find a nutritionist familiar with celiac.
