    This is very interesting. I have severe KP on my arms and legs. I don't ever wear shorts or shorter skirts. I'd like to, but my skin is so embarrassing. I've been gluten free since New Years, and maybe I'm doing something wrong, but my KP hasn't cleared up a bit. I use Cetaphil and and brillopad-like exfoliate and it's helped a little on my arms. not so much...

    I LOVE the Blue Diamond Nut Thins. Mmmmm. And I made these really amazing gluten-free peanut butter cookies about a week ago. I only got one...my family, who's not gluten-free, ate them all. I had the GREATEST soup yesterday; Amy's Organic Tomato Bisque. It's gluten-free and tastes amazing!

    I'm trying to avoid MSG because I have bad reactions to it (I.E. headaches, sleeplessness, depression, muscle pains), but it seems to be everywhere! I shop at a whole foods store when I have the money. It's very expensive. I think I read somewhere (the location escapes me...) that you should avoid gluten AND MSG. Is this true?     I had a biofeedback test and it said that I'm fully hydrated. There are a lot of imbalances, though, that the machine couldn't give me the reasons for. It detected the imabalances. Arrrggg Should I bother going to the doctor for the tests, or will I be wasting my time?

    I did a report on Celiac disease for my health class and I've also check out a book on Celiac Disease by Peter H.R.
