Dear Friends, I am Kay and on my first visit to the forum. So glad to find you all. No wonder we are followed by anxeity in all daily life. We really cannot trust the things we learned to be nutrients for us. Since you struggle bravely to live gluten-free, I think maybe it could be helpful to share with you, that gluten-free is not the whole answer...
