Hi there- There is a good beer made by a company called redbridge that is gluten free. If you all are newly diagnosed, in addition to this site, there is another website dedicated to educating people about their disease, causes and how to deal with it. go to www.glutensecret.com. If I understand your question correctly, you were tested only after you were on a Gluten-Free diet which would explain why they were so low. You need to be tested while you are eating gluten, to see how your body is or is not processing the gluten properly and if it is rejecting the tissues that absorb nutrients.
