I am new to the Gluten Free diet too. I am an occupational therapist, and have had experience working with kids who have celiac disease and who for various reasons are on gluten free diets. I know that from personal experience... my mood swings are a direct result of birth control. I was on the ring for 2 years and noticed every month getting worse and worse... -
