My family and I travel to Rapid City, SD every year. My daughter and I are allergic to Wheat and Gluten, but not Celiac. We like Beaujeau's pizza (I think that's how you spell it). My family and I are driving from S. Cal to Rapid City, SD in early May. I am on a gluten free diet and my 2 yo daughter is allergic to eggs, nuts, and possibly wheat.
