  1. yeah i figured it was part of the high risk group !!! it all makes since now .... i started doing research about it a little while back and have recenly well very recenty switched to a gluten free diet to early to tell if i am responding well or not... but i'm sure i will been gluten free for 2 days now
  2. lol yeah i know what you mean !!! my mother refuses to belive i might actually have a gluten inolerance !!! i told her its much more then just being in my head that there has been a direct relation to our heritage and celiacs disease !!! she doesn't believe it but i sure do

  6. i know how you feel about the self diagnoseing lol... i noticed a change in me when my mom went on a whole grain diet to loose weight !!! man that was fun my mom refuses to accept that i might have an intolerance to gluten now ever since i was younger i had horrible stomach cramps often among other intestinal problems!! but i dont have insurance to go to...
  7. i want to say sorry for how hard my first entry is to read. i just read it and it ws hard to follow even for me ... i have decided as of now to go ahead with the gluten free diet and test the waters and see if i improve if i do then that is a big plus for me if i don't then i guess it will be time to go see my pcp to see what is going on!!! i'm really hoping...
  8. i totally identify with you so much i have had issues since i was about 13!!! and they all played it off as just lactose intolerant which i know i do have but i stopped or tried to stay away from milk , cheese and i love them both but i do drink lactaid milk!!! but i do have problems with gluten i know that for sure i know it seems like your going around...
  9. this is very intresting i haven't been finger printed since i was a child.... so i have no idea weather or not i would have any problems with it but it is rather intresting... i can look at my hands and see the lines going across my pattern of my fingers... i thought maybe i was jsut washing my hands to much but maybe not since they never go away i've never...
  10. the testing is important to me ... but i wont have access to insurance till next year.... i may hold off on the gluten free diet... i don't want to though because even if i don't have celiacs or not i know i would rather feel normal again!!!! i will keep everyone informed as much as i can maybe i could try the diet for a while and then try to go back on gluten...
  11. thank you for the reply.. i'm sorry my entry was so long...I think i will go on the gluten free diet and see how i react if i start to feel better then i guess i would be getting my answer like you say i dont need a Rx to go on a gluten free diet... i will definitly give it a try and then get officially tested next year i've been dealing with this for almost...
