Thank you all so much for your suggestions. It is true I don't have a lot of time because of my little one, but I am a stay at home mom, so I can manage to spend some time for something I really need. Luckily I was never big on bread (probably my body telling me it is bad for me). But now, after 2 years of not eating any bread because all store bought gluten... -

Hello, my name is Roxanne. I am new to this forum. I am trying to better educate myself about gluten free cooking. I got diagnosed 2 years ago, but since then i got pregnant and had a baby and as many of you know it's a hard adjustment and i didn't really have time to read posts and learn more about the gluten-free diet, so I pretty much stuck to simple recipes...
