  1. I haven't gotten the test results yet, but plan to. He just said it was"kind of high" he mentioned some numbers but said it was not above the range where this great concern??? just a little high...whatever that means... It seems right now after I eat anything my energy is just zapped... it doesn't matter what I eat... it's been about 4 months since I cut...
  2. well...your never "free" of H.pylori it lives in the intestines and from what I've read digestive acids are what keep H.pylori. I've read many testimonials from people who did the antibiotic treatment and proliferation of the bacteria returned and they were instructed to take antibiotics again. I don't think in my humble opinion it is wise to take antibiotics...
  3. well... I was prescribed the triple therapy of antibiotics and pepto...it was awful and I did some research and found out that it doesn't fix the problem... I read info on low stomach acid being the real culprit for h.pylori. So I stopped the treatment(I hate antibiotics BTW). I started taking some Betaine HCL and I started having normal burps not gargles...

  5. Hi.. I've been gluten free for about a month and a half... and I am extremely tired... very nervous... I'm sleeping alot... I had an outbreak of what look like Dh on my arms about 2 weeks ago that is almost gone...   7. hey, richard thanks for replying... sorry the pic isn't clear enough... this rash starts off from what is like an itchy pimple without the white, it oozes then scabs but never heals?? is that description similar to yours? I've been gluten free for about 2 weeks... does it take a while for the body to heal itself after going gluten free? and is there a detoxing...
  8. one thing I would suggest is when you have it under control... try not to take any hot baths or hot showers... you need to let your bodies natural oils resurface on your skin. It sounds hard but use a wet warm rag to wash the other parts of your body that aren't irritated and need cleaning.... Good luck...abe
