    After reading this I have a question now lol...I know hair falls out & thats normal, but my hair seems to fall out more every once in a while, and I do use diff. shampoos...? Do you think there's something in some of my shampoos or it's just normal, and it just so happens my hair falls out more so than others?

    You might be a celiac if... Most of your e-mails are restaurant or company replies. Over 1/2 my inbox are from restaurants and companies and everything else dealing with celiac disease.

    Well, I want to be a chef, and have somehow become almost obsessed with the Food Network, so I of course watch Emeril Live. He made fried mozzarella sticks once, with a sauce, but i haven't tried the sauce yet...anyhow, I decided to make the fried mozzarella and adapt it to gluten-free. It turned out delicious! My sis even thinks they're better than restaurant...

    A few wks ago, I had to do a project for my world geography class on Ireland. I also had to bake a traditional food from there. I made Strawberry Bread, but of course adapted the recipe so that it was gluten-free.     I make my own bread in my bread maker and I use the gluten-free pantry bread mixes. The bread isnt horrible, but it always turns out really spongy and falls to pieces if i bite into it or cut it. And I dont normally buy the gluten-free store bread bcuz its rock solid! Any suggestions? Thanks..

    hey....well i still feel sick and ive been staying gluten-free (for all i know). but i stopped taking lactaid pills bcuz they didnt appear to be doing any good. :-\ maybe i should try not having anything lactaid for a week or so and see if it helps. thanks for the ideas everyone.

    I read that casein was allergy to dairy products. So is this the same thing as lactose intolerance? At the doc. yesterday they tested me for lactose intolerance & said it came out positive. (I have celiac disease too.. diagnosed 9/27) Is it possible I have Casein intolerance & lactose intolerance? I'm supposed to take lactose pills before having dairy...

    Do you know if the Chili Con Queso w/ chips is gluten-free or not?
