    Hi, I'm a new member to this group. I've been avoiding gluten for almost one year and a half, except for accidental ingesting. I was technically diagnosed via blood test about about 7 months ago, and there was still gluten in my system obviously. My sister is gluten free even though she has never taken the test and she swears that she is a new woman....

    Please.......... you've got to stop eating gluten!!!! I am a fat person with celiac disease. I've been avoiding gluten for about 1 year now (except when I've accidently ingested hidden gluten) I've never been a heroin addict but I have friends who are ex-junkies and there is an analogy to gluten addiction like heroin. It has happened to me when I ate bread...
