Hi all - I am new to this and need some of your thoughts. I was recently diagnosed - and have been off all gluten - and my other allergenic foods, which is nearly everything, for about 1.5 weeks. Before then - i would have horrible constipation - even taking daily miralax, magnessium and natural laxatives. Now i have been scaling these back to get off...
