I've been taking digestive enzymes for years. The plant derived enzymes seem to work better for me than the animal derived ones. I've tried almost every digestive enzyme product out there. Probably around 20 different ones. The big thing is that it doesn't contain an ingredient called Malt Diasitase. I'm pretty sure that that ingredient comes from barley...
