My girlfriend has celiac and i know it's tough finding good places to eat, so here is a list of resturaunts that are gluten free the we have tried and have had very good expericnes at. My girlfriend has celiac and just delivered our son 6 weeks ago. The only thing the doctors really had her do was drink 2 ensures a day to make sure she had the proper nutrients along with regular meals that she would normaly have and 1 smaller bottle of gatorade. After starting the ensure and gatorade the cramping was gone.
