I was wondering if you could help me my mom was just diagnosed with celiac. And she asked me if I wanted to try no wheat to see what would happen because she did research on it. And I have ADD and I was wondering does it really help you grow, help you excel in sports, and help you concentrate better. And also what kinds of things to eat do you rcomend
