  1. You don't know how happy this makes me! I have a cake decorating business, and I have not eaten any cake scraps in a month since I have started the gluten fee diet. I called the 1 800 number and the lady told me they started shipping this stuff out on June 1st. She couldn't give me a list of the stores, so she told me that calling my local grocery...
  2. I'm starting day 8 of gluten free eating and I have noticed a couple nights I have had leg cramps. This is new to me....never had them before. Could this be due to the change in my diet? I'm trying not to give up, but sometimes I have felt worse than I did before starting this diet! Anybody else experience these frustrations in the very beginning...
  3. Maybe I will try some soy milk just for kicks, and if I can't tell a difference I will just stick with regular milk. I REALLY don't want to give up dairy, but if I need to for a while I can. Is this absolutely necessary, or is it just a good idea in the beginning when your intestine is healing? I was so happy to see that Rice Chex is gluten free...
