  1. I just posted this question not knowing there already was a thread on this topic. Thanks to everyone for sharing their personal experience. I'm three months into being gluten and a runner so I'm used to feeling hungry and eating frequently. But now even after a large meal I'm still hungry. I've taken the advice of many and will try all the different approaches...
  2. Now the fiber sounds like something I can wrap my brain around. I used to have a very rich diet in fiber and now the only fiber I get on a regular basis is from fruit and vegetables. I've tried the quinoa but I don't eat it every day. I will give it a try. Thanks.
