Hello, While traveling in India I accidentally had two meals that were almost exclusively wheat. This was 4 months ago. I seemed all right at the time but since two months ago I have been extremely constipated and my guts have been full of gas. I altered my diet to 2/3rds raw foods at the same time the symptoms showed up, but I am wondering if the constipation...
