Hi all. I am new here, but have been a reader for a while. Have been gluten-free for 10 weeks. Have been going alright apart from a few minor lapses. I do like a drop of bourbon , which I assumed was on the banned list. I see however on this site that Makers Mark is supposed to be alright. Anyone know anything or tried it. ta.
