Do I have to worry that my gelatin capsules might have glutin in them? Also, what is the deal with cross contamination? When the item is glutin free but made in a facility that also produces wheat products, how likely is it that the produce would be contaminated? Also, is soy milk or rice milk a problem? Thanks!!
